New Residential Dwelling in Marchwood –
Planning and building regulation approval obtained. Challenges on this project have included ongoing liaison with New Forest District Council to secure planning approval and resolution of the foundation details in clay ground conditions close to trees which are subject to clay heave and shrinkage. Look forward to this one starting on site and uploading images of the build in the New Year.
