We have had a few pre planning application enquiries to make this month. Largely due to the size of development or location of the site, we find this process is a great way to get the planning officers engaged early in the design process. It also helps to shape the scheme going forward and gain support for the development. We have recently submitted pre planning applications for 2 new detached dwellings on a large building plot in Marchwood as well as a new passive house design in the conservation area of Eling.
