About Me

Hi, I'm Greg Mann, a RIBA Registered Architect with over 25 years of experience helping homeowners and developers bring their ideas to life through thoughtful, practical design.

Based in Dorset and Hampshire, I specialise in residential architecture, including home extensions, conversions, small to medium sized housing developments and bespoke new-build homes. I work closely with clients from the very first conversation through to planning approval and construction, providing clear advice, creative solutions and personal support at every stage of the project.

Throughout my career, I have worked on a wide variety of projects, from individual homes and residential developments to complex refurbishment schemes and large public sector projects. This broad experience allows me to combine high-quality design with a practical understanding of planning, construction and project delivery, helping clients achieve the best possible outcome for their budget and aspirations.

I am proud to have received a Civic Building of the Year Award in recognition of design excellence and project delivery. More recently, one of my residential projects in Marchwood was featured on television as part of a showcase of luxury homes, reflecting the quality and attention to detail that I strive to bring to every project.

As a small practice, I believe one of the greatest benefits I can offer is a genuinely personal service. When you work with GM Architects, you'll deal directly with me throughout your project. I take the time to understand what you want to achieve and what matters most to you, creating designs that are not only attractive but practical, buildable and tailored to your individual needs.

Whether you're planning a kitchen extension, transforming an existing property or creating your dream home from scratch, my aim is simple: to make the process straightforward, enjoyable and successful.

I take great pride in building long-term relationships with my clients and delivering architecture that enhances the way people live, both now and for years to come.

I look forward to helping bring your vision to life.
